Refund Policy

Every new order includes a 72-hour full refund window. Cancel within 72 hours of your first invoice for a no-questions-asked refund.

Beyond the 72-hour window, monthly plans are refunded on a prorated basis for unused days. Annual plans receive prorated refunds minus applied discounts.

Domain registrations, third-party licenses (Windows Server, Plesk, cPanel), and dedicated setup fees are non-refundable once provisioned.

Submit a ticket at billing@scrossnodes.io. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

SLA credits are issued automatically for any verified downtime exceeding our 99.99% guarantee. Credits apply to your next invoice.
