Terms of Service

By accessing or using any Scross Nodes service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, individual and enterprise alike.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

We enforce two-factor authentication for administrative operations. Disabling 2FA is available on request but not recommended.

You may not use Scross Nodes services for: distributing malware, hosting content that violates local law, running unauthorized cryptocurrency miners on shared plans, or launching attacks against other networks.

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Services are billed monthly or annually in advance. Charges are prorated on plan changes. Annual plans receive a 15% discount.

Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period before service suspension.

We guarantee 99.99% monthly uptime on all production tiers. Downtime credits are issued automatically for verified outages exceeding this threshold.

Scheduled maintenance windows do not count toward SLA calculations.

Either party may terminate service at any time. Cancellations processed before the next billing cycle receive prorated refunds. Data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation for recovery.

Scross Nodes' aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim.
